I found the recipe that I am going use in Sarah Wilson's “I quit sugar” book which contains 108 sugar free recipes including snacks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and of course condiments and sauces. I don't own Wilson's book yet, but I follow her & I Quit Sugar on a range of social media and love what I've seen so far! Jan 28, 2013 - It's not a diet. It's an 8-week experiment to see how you feel going off of sugar. She offers an eight week detox program to wean you off sugar and provides an abundance of delicious and easy to cook recipes. If after eight weeks you don't feel much different and miss chocolate too much then you go back to eating chocolate. After the 8 weeks are up (the 8 weeks are really just to “detox” sugar from your body) then she suggests playing around with the high cacao chocolates and seeing how you feel after eating it.
